Agreement to Terms
By using acrepairworld.com (the “Website”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
About Our Services
AC Repair World operates as a service coordination platform connecting homeowners and businesses in South Florida with licensed, insured air conditioning contractors. When you request service through AC Repair World:
- We coordinate your service request and schedule an appointment
- A licensed, insured AC contractor from our network is dispatched to your property
- All service work is performed by independently licensed and insured professionals
- Each service provider carries their own Florida state contractor license and general liability insurance
- AC Repair World oversees quality assurance and customer satisfaction
AC Repair World is not itself performing the physical AC repair, installation, or maintenance work. We act as the coordination and customer service layer between you and our network of vetted, licensed contractors.
Estimates and Pricing
- All in-home estimates are free with no obligation
- There are no diagnostic fees or service call charges for estimates
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- You must approve all work and pricing before any service begins
- Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service; any changes will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding
Service Provider Qualifications
All contractors in our network meet the following requirements:
- Active Florida state contractor license (HVAC / mechanical)
- General liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence)
- Workers compensation insurance
- Background-checked technicians
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of work performed through our network. If you are not satisfied with a repair or installation, contact us within 30 days and we will coordinate a return visit to address the issue at no additional charge. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been arranged. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is made directly to the service provider or through AC Repair World, as applicable.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge with at least 4 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a scheduling fee.
Limitation of Liability
AC Repair World acts as a service coordinator. Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide. The service provider is directly responsible for the quality and safety of the physical work performed. AC Repair World total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Repair World from any claims arising from your use of our website or services, except where caused by our negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on acrepairworld.com — including text, images, design, logos, and trademarks — is the property of AC Repair World and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue other remedies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
